MP of the Bloc ACUM Igor Grosu said the Government and Parliament are to adopt courageous decisions. Society expects those who formed the Parliamentary majority to deliver on the promises made in the election campaign, regardless of the resistance put up by the Democratic Party, IPN reports.

In a program on Jurnal TV, Igor Grosu said the Cabinet will soon move to the Government Building. “We still wait for the Democrats to show common sense, but we will not wait endlessly. We will insist and will take action to move to the Government Building. Our voters want this,” he stated.

Socialist MP Vladimir Țurcan said that after a commission was created in Parliament to investigate the bank fraud, the MPs will be presented reports by different institutions and will reach conclusions. They will finally reach the core of the problem as the previous attempts to obtain information from decision makers often failed.

Public policy expert Ștefan Gligor noted the current Parliament met the time limit for forming a majority, which expired at midnight on June 10. The Constitutional Court evidently usurped the state power. Judges serving on the CC were named with procedural violations and do not met such criteria as absolute integrity and irreproachable reputation and were engaged in corruption and professional ethics scandals. “These people shouldn’t have been appointed as Constitutional Court judges as their activity from the start has been professionally incorrect,” stated Ștefan Gligor.

Jurist Ion Guzun said the situation is not at all simple. The CC judgements cannot be reviewed, if only in particular situations. Furthermore, the CC adopted the latest decisions in the absence of a document at a time when, if a person goes to court without documents in the original, the claim is removed. “The Constitutional Jurisdiction Code defines a very strict and official procedure that enables the state authorities to have a dialogue. But this dialogue didn’t take place,” stated the jurist.
