The Cabinet approved the Government’s plan of action for 2016-2018, IPN reports. The document includes 1,200 measures.
The assumed commitments envision the adjustment of Moldova’s legislation to the European standards and principles, eradication of corruption, elaboration of policies for strengthening the relations between the two banks of the Nistru, strengthening of the country’s defense and reunification capacities. Other measures envisions the development of economy, creation of jobs, provision of accessible and cost effective public services, ensuring of social protection for vulnerable groups of people, ensuring of access to high quality education and health services.
The executive’s efforts will also be aimed at strengthening and stabilizing the banking sector, penalizing and combating frauds and protecting the people’s incomes.
