A female acrobat was rushed to the hospital after she fell from height at the Chisinau Arena during a performance, IPN reports.
The Emergency Medicine Institute said that the acrobat was fully examined by imaging and internal clinical methods and was admitted to the intensive care unit. "The patient is kept in the same unit for stabilization and monitoring," said the Institute.
Contacted by IPN for details, the head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati said that the police were informed that an artiste fell from height at the Chisinau Arena. A police team travelled to the scene.
An investigation was launched to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
The 24-year-old acrobat is a native of Ukraine. The young woman fell from height during the show "Aladdin and the 1001 Nights Stories ", which was presented on March 23 at the Chisinau Arena.
