The personnel of the restructured ministries are yet in the old head offices, but a reorganized ministry in the future will have a single head office, regardless of the number of absorbed ministries. The authorities assure that the people will not be affected by the fact that the employees will be temporarily in separate buildings. The processes of administering the areas of competence within ministries were already unified and will be managed by one ministry.

In a response to an inquiry by IPN Agency, the Government says that immediately after the Parliament Decision on the list of ministries was adopted, the correspondence for the reorganized ministries was directed to the minister who took over additional duties. The recommendation is to submit requests to the head office of the ministry that absorbed additional areas of competence. If a petition is filed to one of the previous offices, this will anyway reach the destination and will be examined in accordance with the law.

The process of moving from one office to another, where it is necessary, can last for several months. The implementation plan sets the December 31 deadline.

To facilitate the communication with the governmental institutions, those interested are recommended to contact first by phone the institution so as to find out the new conditions of accessibility to the concessions offered to the people. The communication by email is also a very popular method.
