Apa-Canal Chisinau’s inquiry office has handled over ten thousand customers throughout the month of July, IPN reports.

The water and utility said in a press release that its Information and Billing Section staff have provided billing services to 1,943 customers and information services to another 2,824. Meanwhile, 5,581 persons have submitted direct payments to the cash desk, and 618 petitions and 432 letters were registered.

Customers can visit office 101 on 38 Albisoara Street for any inquiries regarding water supply and sanitation. The office staff can also provide information on piping networks’ technical states and coordinate water supply and sanitation construction projects; it will also draw up contracts for water supply and sewage system, as well as accept payments for the services provided.
