About 8,400 consumers had been served by the Information and Payments Section of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) last December. The people came to promptly solve different problems and to pay for the services provided by the supplier, IPN reports.
In a press release, the company said that specialists of the ACC Information and Payments Section offered accounting services for almost 1,600 consumers and information services for more than 2,000 clients, while over 4,600 persons paid the bills at the company’s pay office.
The consumers can go to office 101 located inside the head office of ACC at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau to get responses to any question about the water supply and sewerage service, starting with the elaboration of technical conditions for water supply and sanitation, coordination of the projects to build water supply and sewerage systems and signing of contracts for the provision of wastewater and drinking water supply services and ending with the paying of bills for the provided services.
More than 300,000 clients received information about the public water supply and sewerage service from the ACC Information and Payments Section so far, during ten years of the institution of the section.
