“The wise” cannot take the stone out

Jurist Stanislav Pavlovski, former judge at the ECHR and former minister of justice, said the judgment passed by the ordinary court of law in the case of ex-Premier Vlad Filat is the only equitable solution. According to Traian Băsescu, when saying that Maia Sandu contributed to the release of Filat, Igor Dodon aims to shift the blame onto Sandu and this shows how perfidious he is. Minister of Justice Fadei Nagachevski said the Ciocana Court’s decision to release ex-Premier Vlad Filat on parole will be appealed to a higher court. The new acting director of Penitentiary No. 13 appealed against the court judgment by which ex-Premier Vlad Filat was set free to the Appeals Court.
