The local subdivisions of the National Social Insurance House (CNAS) continue to receive from employers statements on the social insurance contributions of insured persons that were transferred to the state social insurance budget for 2012, IPN reports.

According to Clara Sorocean, head of the CNAS individual contribution monitoring, two reports on the determination and transfer of the contributions to the state social insurance budge must be presented every quarter – for all the employees together and for every employee apart. She said that the time limits for submitting these reports changed on January 1.

”Until now, the given reports were presented annually by April 25. From January 1, 2013 they are being presented every quarter by the 15th day of the month coming after a particular quarter. The information is received by the CNAS subdivisions in electronic format. The employers can use the E-reporting system (www.rapoarte.md) to submit the reports or they can bring this information themselves on flash drives to the local subdivisions for being copied. At the end of the year, the generalized information about the payment of social insurance contributions and their transfer to the state social insurance budget must be presented on paper as well. If the employers have authorized digital signature, they are exempted from presenting generalized annual information on paper,” said Clara Sorocean.

She also said that about 90% of the employers presented these reports in electronic format last year.

In order to obtain a digital signature, the applicant must present a certificate issued by the Special Telecommunications Center. The employers can also buy a package of services from the mobile phone carriers Orange and Moldcell.

The employers that will present the reports by March 31 will receive the digital signature from the mobile phone carriers free of charge. The submission of reports in electronic format saves times, enables to reduce the number of errors and ensures the accuracy of information.
