Approximately 40 children from socially disadvantaged families will rest this year free of charge at the summer camp “Sparta” in Bulgaria during seven days. The Children’s Charity Foundation “Clipa Siderala” said vouchers will be bought for these children to vacation at the camp.

The Foundation’s manager Silvia Bradutan has told IPN that the parents who purchase vouchers for children can become involved in the process of selecting beneficiaries. Thus, both the parents and representatives of the mass media can suggest socially deprived families. As a result, a commission consisting of representatives of the authorities will examine the forms of the potential beneficiaries.

“About 40 children from vulnerable families from the most distant villages, who had never seen the sea, will be able to rest at this camp based on the vouchers that will be bought by parents this year,” stated Silvia Bradutan.

This summer, the camp “Sparta” will be set up in the seaside resort Chernomorets in Bulgaria. The trips will be organized between the end of June and the start of August.

The camp “Sparta” has worked for 21 years to strengthen the health and educate children and teens and to help the form life habits.
