About 200 companies working in the beverages industry and the bread-making industry will be inspected within a security and health campaign at the workplace, IPN reports.
The campaign, carried out by the State Labor Inspectorate with the assistance of the International Labor Organization, will be officially launched next week and will last from September through October.
More than 500 work accidents happen in Moldova annually. A person injured at work needs up to 30 days to recover the work capacity. 10% of the accidents at work result in death.
Most of the times, the work accidents occur because of the faulty equipment and because of the lack of security and health instructions.
