About 20 heavy trucks are stopped on the G3 route in the village of Branzeni, Edinet rayon, due to snow. Police are urging drivers to exercise extra caution, IPN reports.
At the same time, two drivers' cars skidded on the G-23 route in the Riscani district due to the weather conditions. Following the intervention of patrol officers, they continued their journey.
Earlier, the General Inspectorate of Police reported that several trucks were parked on the road on the R7 route in the village of Saptebani in the Riscani rayon. They could not continue on their way because of icy conditions.
