About 10% of pluvial receptors of the capital are cleaned of dry leafs and sand put, this winter, on the roads and pavements. The deputy head of general public transport and communications department, Alexei Varlan, said that five teams work already for 2 weeks in all districts of the capital in order to clean the pluvial receptors and to avoid the danger of a possible flood. In the same tine, little rivers and sources of municipality are cleaned. Alexei Varlan noting that de-blocking activities of pluvial receptors will continue as well in summer, as they are always plugged with the garbage coming together with the water. Referring to renewal of water collecting systems, Alexei Varlan pointed out that the experiment with the receptor implemented in the street curb under the bridge Ismail on the street Albisoara was more that just efficient than grill receptors. A big plus if the fact that this does not plug with garbage, and the other that it does not have cast iron grill, in which are very interested the thieves, he mentioned. When the receptor was tested on the street Albisoara, a similar one was built on the street Pietrarii, 14, and very soon other such receptors will be made. Pluvial sewerage in municipality Chisinau represents 205 kilometres. There will be installed 3,130 wells and 4,301 pluvial receptors.
