The abolition of the visa requirements for Moldovans travelling to the European states will be celebrated in all the schools within the thematic week “Let’s Discover Europe!”. From April 29 until May 8, when the Moldovans will be already able to travel visa-free to the EU, the students will discuss the European integration and will familiarize themselves with the history and culture of Europe and with the way the European institutions work, IPN reports.
The Ministry of Education issued a circular ordering that the schools organize thematic debates and contests of essays, drawings, posters, etc. The activities will be launched at festivities that will be held in all the education establishments.
For the activities within the thematic week to be carried out effectively, the Ministry of Education recommended the education institutions to use a series of specialized web resources, including the official website of the European Union.
