A young man is in critical state in a hospital after he threw himself, in an attempt to commit suicide, from the 5th floor of a Chisinau residential block. According to the coordinative medic of the Emergency Service of Chisinau, Evelina Rusu, the 25 years old young man jumped on 21:00 from the 5th floor of a building from Independentei Street. The medics from the ambulance noted that the young man suffered several traumas, a mental shock, cranium plagues, and fractures of nose and pelvis bones. He had been hospitalized in the Emergency Hospital. An 11 year old minor was hospitalized with mental shock and fractures, after she was hit on the intersection of Dacia Boulevard – Hristo Botev Street by a vehicle that fled the accident scene. A similar case took place at the intersection of Gh. Asachi and Crenoble Streets. A unidentified car hit a 37 year old women, which suffered a cranium trauma, traumas of the chest and internal organs and traumatic shock. The police is looking for both drivers. A 43 year old man, while intoxicated, was hit on Grenoble Street by a Mercedes minibus of the no. 173 public transport route, and suffered a mental shock, fractures and plagues. A 80 year old retired person suffered serious traumas after she was hit on Dimo Street by a Chevrolet. The women suffered cranium traumas, mental shock, fracture of pelvis bones and traumatic shock. During the last day, medics from the Emergency Service from Chisinau registered 629 calls, including 39 cases of acute virosis, 71 cases of traumas. From the overall number of calls, 103 were received from children.
