A severe traffic accident that caused a victim took place in capital on Wednesday

A severe traffic accident, in which a person lost his life, happened Wednesday around 17.00 o’clock, on Renasterii blvd in the capital city. According to the sources within the Emergency Service from the capital, a Niva car came on the opposite sense and in full speed hit a Toyota off-road. As a result of the violent impact, the passenger from the Niva, Ion Bajoga, that is 39 years old, was thrown from the car and died instantly. Solicited by Info-Prim Neo, sources within Traffic Police would not offer any details, saying that this is“special information”. Immediately after the accident, two Traffic Police cars blocked the circulation in the area for a long period of time, creating a nightmare for the thousands of vehicles that were moving to and from Riscani district. The cars were redirected to Calea Iesilor – Petricani – Renasterii str., or to Albisoara – Ismail – Calea Mosilor str. On this overcrowded itineraries were registered several car accidents, including one in chain on Petricani str. According to the Traffic Police statistics, during Wednesday, in Chisinau municipality there were registered 24 traffic accidents, which caused the death of one person and traumas of another 8 persons, as well as 19 accidents without victims.
