The public transport runs on all the municipal routes, but two trolleybus routes that go to the suburban localities Sângera and Stăuceni of Chisinau, No. 31 and No. 33, were shortened up to the entrance to the localities. Bus route No. 31 that goes to Vadul lui Vodă stop sin Budești, while route No. 46 stops at the entrance to Ghidighici commute, IPN reports.
The administration of the Urban Bus Company decided to withdraw the nine buses with trailer in a move to avoid traffic jams.
According to the Chisinau City Hall, no streets were closed in the city by noon, but particular roads segments are congested owing to traffic accidents or slow movement of vehicles due to snow.
