Almost 6 million lei will be allocated for repairing a series of buildings that were affected by the natural disasters of this spring and summer. The Commission for Emergencies adopted three decisions concerning the allocation of financial resources in its November 3 meeting, IPN reports.
A sum of 3 170 000 lei will be allocated for renovating the roof of the kindergarten of Parlita village of Ungheni district, which was damaged as a result of the June 18 heavy rain and high winds. Over 2 320 000 lei will go to repair the roofs, ceilings and walls of three museums and two concert-theatrical institutions that were damaged by the late-April snowfalls.
The roof of the sports school of Drochia town was also damaged as a result of the heavy rain and strong winds of this June and July. Over 471,000 lei was allocated for restoring it.
