Maib alto is more than premium banking. It is a unique experience built on the best banking traditions and practices. The service has been developed to offer premium customers maximum convenience, authentic interpersonal relationships, and new opportunities and experiences.

On July 7 at Castel MIMI, the maib alto community celebrated 2 years of premium banking at maib. In a fairytale-like atmosphere, we spent a day of traditions in alto style, savouring the beauty and authenticity of our land.

The "A day in alto style with traditions" event brought together maib alto customers, Visa partners, and the maib team to celebrate the values and experiences defining this exclusive service.

The event concept was meticulously crafted to take attendees on a sensory journey, engaging all five senses.

  • Hearing: guests were greeted by relaxing and vibrant music, creating a fairy-tale atmosphere. One by one, the duo "Ecou Arhaic" took the stage, with melodies evoking ancient traditions, complemented by the unmistakable talent of David Ciente and Surorile Osoianu, who added an authentic touch with their interpretations - a symbiosis between folk and modern.
  • Smell: The unmistakable aroma of freshly baked bread wafted through the air, reminiscent of childhood and traditional delicacies. This was complemented by the delicate scents of flowers and the freshness of seasonal fruits. The combination of flavours created a welcoming ambience, turning every breath into a unique sensory experience.
  • Taste: Tasting the dishes was a true culinary revelation. The delicious pies, with crispy pastry and rich fillings, were served with fresh compote. The chefs at Castel MIMI reinterpreted traditional dishes, bringing them into a modern and surprising form. Each dish was an explosion of flavours that delighted guests' taste buds.
  • Sight: Art was an essential component of the event. At the entrance, guests could enter the "Gate of the Soul (Poarta Sufletului)", a unique sculpture that bridges the present and the past. The art exhibition featured the works of talented local artists Mihai Ungureanu, Victoria Peev and Kasandruta. Each painting told a story, highlighting the essence of local beauties and traditions.
  • Sense: Participants decorated their own wreaths with natural flowers, a symbolic gesture that brought joy and creativity. Freshly baked bread pampered the tactile sense.
