A bailiff is withdrawing money from the accounts of the Chisinau Trolleybus Company in favor of the Ukrainian company Electro-Plus, the head of the City Hall’s Law Division Diana Gurschi said Monday, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. Diana Gurschi said bailiff Anatol Chihai, former head of the Law Division of Moldinconbank, is illegally taking out money for the Ukrainian company that is claiming 15 million lei without having legal reasons. “The inspection certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance says the Chisinau Trolleybus Company has no debts for 2004-2005. The court invalidated the debt collection document, but Anatol Chihai continues to withdraw money. About 8 million lei has been withdrawn so far,” Diana Gurschi said. The Trolleybus Company’s head Gheorghe Morgoci said all the accounts of the company have been blocked and the State Tax Inspectorate banned opening new accounts. Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca said it is unacceptable for a company with about 3,000 employees to be robbed by ‘thieves’ helped by a bailiff from Moldova. This May, the Ukrainian company Electro-Plus claimed debts of over 15 million lei from the Chisinau Trolleybus Company. After the company lost the case in all the courts in Moldova, it managed to transfer the right to claim debts to the Russian company Vatu, which now wants to obtain the money.
