The Chisinau heat utility SA “Termocom” calls on the end-users to pay the debts so as not to hamper the preparation of the pipes for the new 2013-2014 heating season. As many as 81,000 apartments in Chisinau had debts of over 1,000 lei on May 1, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from SA “Termocom”, more than 38,000 Chisinau apartments have debts of 1,000 to 3,000 lei, totaling about 72 million lei, over 19,000 apartments have debts of 52.1 million lei, while the debts of about 15,000 apartments amount to 224.1 million lei.
SA “Termocom” urges the end-users with debts for heat to pay the bills so as to avoid being sued and having their property sequestrated by court orders. The payments can be made at bank branches, post offices or through electronic payment terminals and at the company’s head office located at 6. T. Vladimirescu St.
