56 economic agents with 1700 vacant job positions present at Job Fair

56 economic agents, with over 1700 vacant job positions were present on Wednesday, September 27, at the Job Fair organized by the Employment Agency of the Chisinau Municipal (EACM) at the National Palace. The EACM head, Ala Supac declared for the press that persons seeking a job position have the possibility to negotiate directly with the employees, have access to the agency’s database that has over 4500 vacant job positions, can beneficiate from consultations of the work legislation, initiation in private business, credits in favorable conditions for creation of new work places etc. Also 4 study institutions that offer professional studies were present. This Job Fare had with 50% more employment opportunities than the past editions. If in previous years great number requesters had a reduced number of vacant positions, this year the number of available jobs is enough to provide every participant at the fair with a job, the cited source stated. According to Ala Supac, within the fair interested persons can assemble a CV which they will present to economic agents, and then the latter can contact the potential employees. She also mentioned that over 10% of the employers are hired directly in the fair. A greater chance for a job position have young persons, as most economic agents wish to hire young personnel, claims the EACM director. She also suggested to young persons to be more active in seeking a job place and more confident in the negotiation with economic agents. Bors”, FC „Zimbru”, „Moldova Agroindbank”, Chisinau Electric Networks etc.
