50% of recruits of Chisinau municipality can not be enlisted in the National Army, Victor Buga, the vice-commander of City Military Center announced. They suffer from different illnesses, are semi-orphans or have other explanations. Chisinau Military Center foresees to incorporate for this spring 490 recruits, a number that exceeds the rate of the last autumn with 26%, he noted. According to him, 647 recruits were accepted by the medical commission, 136 of them were declared to be able for conscription and 197 are able only preventively. At the moment, about 3,000 recruits are invited to pass the medical commission. 374 young men from Chisinau municipality were incorporated in the autumn of 2005, 2 recruits with a reduced term and 92 recruits in civil service.
