The Government approved the national plan of action for preventing and combating the worst forms of child labor for 2011–2015, Info-Prim Neo reports. The plan contains 44 actions. They will be financed with the available resources planned yearly in the budgets of the relevant public authorities and from other legal sources, such as donations and foreign grants. The worst forms of child labor, as described in the International Labor Organization Worst Forms of Child Labor Convention, are considered the slavery, sale and debt bondage, forced labor, recruitment for armed forces, prostitution, drug trafficking or other illicit activities, or other work which harms the health, safety or morals of children.
