The Agency has applied the regime of general authorization of electronic communications activities since 2008. The applicants that want to provide public electronic communications networks and/or services are issued with a statement informing them about their inclusion in the public Register of Providers within seven days of the notification of the Agency and these can start work for an indefinite period of time.
