Over 6,000 students who will take the gymnasium graduation exam this year will participate in math training sessions between April and May 2025. These sessions are part of the Remedial Math Program for 9th Grade, approved by the Ministry of Education and Research, IPN reports.
The lessons will be taught by 500 teachers and will take place both in schools and in district centers, depending on students' needs and the available infrastructure.
The program includes 40 hours of additional instruction, conducted in groups of 10-12 students.
In the final stage of the program, between May and June 2025, the Ministry of Education and Research will assess students' progress and adjust the program if necessary.
The estimated budget for this program exceeds 10 million lei, covering teacher training, development of educational materials, and organization of activities.
