37 electoral districts for legislative elections

The Central Election Commission (CEC) decided to set up 37 electoral districts of the second level – 34 raion and three municipal districts – for the November 28 early parliamentary elections, Info-Prim Neo reports. Every district will have its own stamp with the number of order of the district indicated on it. In its Wednesday's meeting, the CEC approved the model of permits for the candidates for MP. They will have two sides, one in the official language and the other one in Russian. There will be printed 3,200 permits for candidates representing political parties and 60 for independent candidates. The number of permits will be increased in need be. The permit allows the holder to campaign and hold meetings with the voters. Also, the holders cannot be detained or arrested.
