A man aged 35 from Sămănanca village of Orhei district died when he was crushed under a tractor near the locality in the evening of November 10, IPN reports.
According to press officer of the Orhei Police Inspectorate Elena Băetrău, a 65-year-old man called the Orhei Police Inspectorate, saying that while he was driving a tractor, two local men attacked him. One of them entered the cab and punched him, while the other one remained on the vehicle’s stair. He lost control of the tractor and the vehicle overturned. One of the men, aged 35, died crushed under the tractor.
The Alcotest showed the driver of the tractor wasn’t inebriated, while the second man aged 49 had a concentration of alcohol of 0.74 mg/l in the exhaled air, which means he was heavily inebriated.
