As many as 35 sheep have died in a fire at a private farm in Tomai village of Leova district, IPN reports.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, the 112 service was called in the morning of March 30. A firefighting team from Leova put out the fire in about an hour and a half.
The flames engulfed a fodder pile and a shed situated near the house. The sheep that were inside the shed died. The firemen managed to prevent the spread of the fire.
The cause of fire hasn’t been yet found out.
