Even if the Ministry of Education annulled the regulations providing that the kindergartens will go on vacation only in summer, 35 preschool education institutions of Chisinau stop work as of July 17, for at least a month, IPN reports.
Under an order made by the acting head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport Alexandru Fleas, the early education institutions of Chisinau stop work, some of them until September 1, owing to the low attendance rate in the period. Another cause is the need to prepare for the new school year by repairing the wiring, water supply and sewerage systems, etc.
The kindergarten directors are obliged to take measures to make sure that the children are offered places at nursery school situated in the neighborhood that work in the period.
