Around 30% of Moldovan soldiers will spend Easter at home, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Defense Ministry’s press service. According to lieutenant-colonel Eduard Ohladciuc, responsible for personnel in the Great Staff, the serving soldiers displaying discipline and diligence in fulfilling their duties got the opportunity to spend Easter with families. The officer says the quartered soldiers will get Christian education lectures during the Easter holidays. They will attend religious services and each will get painted eggs and Easter cakes. Other 30 per cent of serving soldiers will get vacancies a week after Easter when Moldovans commemorate the dead.
