200 National Army servicemen will be provided with housing

The Government plans to provide with apartments some 200 families of servicemen who requested housing. The Government allocated for this purpose 127 million lei to the Ministry of Defence, obtained from sales of state-owned land. The Ministry of Defence has already announced a public auction to procure housing for the military personnel of the National Army from the garrisons of Chisinau, Balti, Ungheni, Cahul and Floresti. Housing procurement will be conducted by a governmental commission established by the Prime Minister, which will later transfer the purchased property into the hands of the Ministry of Defence.
