2 children injured in traffic accidents in 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours 6 persons, including 2 children, have been injured in traffic accidents. Another 27 traffic accidents did not have any injured. According to the inspector of the Traffic Safety Service, Administrative Surveillance and PR of Chisinau’s Road Police, Ion Roscovanu, over the past 24 hours the Road Police has found 397 violations of the traffic rules, of which 55 were speeding cases. 66 drivers were fined for dangerous maneuvers or irresponsible driving, 70 drivers ignored semaphores, 10 drivers were inebriated and 19 persons were driving without a driver’s license. Also violations of traffic rules by pedestrians were recorded. Over the last 24 hours, 31 pedestrians were fined for this kind of violations.
