A man aged 18 from Moldova drowned at a resort in Romania’s Constanta in the evening of June 10.
Even if a medical assistance team was on the spot immediately, the young man could not be resuscitated, IPN reports, quoting mediafax.ro.
Representatives of the Constanta County Police Inspectorate said the young man came to Constanta to work and stopped at a hotel in the neighborhood.
