A 17-year-old boy was transported in a serious condition to the hospital after he was stabbed for several times with a knife. It happened on the night to Thursday near a nightclub in the municipality of Balti. The perpetrator was detained by the police, IPN reports.
According to the Balti Police Inspectorate, a conflict allegedly arose between the two, after which the 28-year-old man stabbed the 17-year-old teenager with a folding knife for several times. The minor is now in a serious condition at the Balti Municipal Hospital. He is from Obreja Veche village of Fălești district.
The police are investigating the case. A criminal case was started for attempted murder. The suspect was detained for 72 hours.
