The mayor's office will be filled with 12 additional adviser positions, who will comply with the rigors of public positions. The advisers will assist and advise the mayor, the deputy mayors and the CMC secretary. Chișinău Municipal Council approved on Wednesday, November 20, the organizational chart and personnel status of the Chișinău City Hall.
According to the bill, the Mayor's Cabinet was filled with 12 adviser seats, following the dissolvement of the Branch Analysis and Monitoring Section, which employed 5 people, of the Authorization and Monitoring Section, final reception within the Construction Authorization and Discipline Directorate, which constituted of 4 employees. Additionally, the number of personnel of the Administrative Directorate was reduced by 3 superior administrative secretary employees. In total, the Mayor's Cabinet will consist of 18 people.
The bill stipulates that the Construction Authorization and Discipline Directorate, following the dissolvement of the Authorization and Monitoring Section, final reception, is reorganized into a subdivision with autonomous management status, which employs a department manager, a deputy and 4 senior specialists. Previously, the Directorate was a subdivision with two sections.
Additionally, the Human Resources Section has become the Management Directorate, human resources, which employs 5 persons, being supplemented with an employee from the Local Taxes and Fees Ccollection Directorate.
In total, the number of Chișinău City Hall employees will be 213 persons, of which 75 seats are vacant. The current number of employees is similar to the personnel number before the restructuring.
