€10m offered for Neighbourhood Programme Romania-Moldova

The Romanian Ministry of Development, Pubic Works and Housing has announced an open tender for project proposals under the Phare CBC 2006 Grant Scheme, Priority no.1 – Economic and Social Development of the Neighbourhood Programme Romania-Moldova. Eligible applicants for this priority of the Programme are local authorities and non-governmental organisations that are registered and work in the Romania-Moldova border zone. Eligible joint proposals shall address nature and environmental protection, territory and border management, local economic development, tourism development, education and social services. The available budget form Phare funding and national co-financing, provided by the Government of Romania, amounts to 10.134 million euros.
