Prime Minister Pavel Filip requested the Ministry of Education to present a report on the works carried out to prepare and outfit the summer camps for children. He also instructed to work out a conception on the organization of summer camps, IPN reports.
In the May 31 meeting of the Cabinet, Pavel Filip asked to review the regulations concerning summer camps and other normative documents by which concessions are provided on tickets to summer camps. These will be made public so that the parents and other interested persons know exactly what categories of children can benefit from concessions.
The Premier noted that education is a very important element in the process of modernizing Moldova. “Alongside the rule of law and infrastructure, which should be developed, education is the third ingredient, without which the development of a state is impossible, especially when we speak about the Republic of Moldova and follow the path to the EU,” he stated.
Pavel Filip also addressed a congratulatory message to students and teachers on the occasion of the end of the school year.
