The public associations, foundations, branches and representative offices as well as political parties, religious groups and other legal entities will no longer be registered by the Ministry of Justice. A bill providing for the transfer of these duties to the Public Services Agency was passed by Parliament in the first reading on February 15, IPN reports.

The period for registering these legal entities was decrease from 30 to 15 days. The State Register of Noncommercial Organizations will be substituted with the State Register of Legal Entities.

Under the same draft law, the power to put the apostille will be transferred from the Ministry of Justice to the Information and Legal Systems Agency.
