The prices of season tickets for travelling by trolleybuses, intended for private individuals, will return to the previous level on February 2. Contacted by IPN, director of the Chisinau Electric Transport Company Gheorghe Morgoci said the private individuals who purchased season tickets at higher prices will get a refund.

The travelers who purchased season tickets at the new prices will submit an application to the Electric Transport Company and will be able to get back the difference in the price after its examination. Gheorghe Morgoci said there is no deadline for filling such an application.

However, for legal entities, the price of season tickets for trips by trolleybus remains the same - 320 lei a month. The Chisinau Electric Transport Company said the prices were raised following the increase in electric power tariffs.

The Chisinau City Hall on February 1 issued a press release, saying the old prices of season tickets for private individuals will be restored. Thus, the travelers will pay 180 lei per a monthly season ticket, instead of 200 lei, and 100 lei for a half-month season ticket, instead of 110 lei.
