National U-21 futsal team suffers defeat, scores draw

Moldova’s national U-21 futsal team played two friendlies against the similar team of Romania on December 11 and 12, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the first game, the guests dominated in an authoritarian way, scoring six goals. The match ended by 6-0. In the second match, Vladimir Vusatyi’s pupils held the game to a 4-4 draw. Three minutes before the end, the Romanian footballers had an advantage of two goals, but Moldova’s Cristian Obada and Alexandr Nedostup scored by a goal shortly afterward. The national Under-21 team consists mainly of players born in 1992-1993, but who play in Divisions A and B of the national championship. The next event hosted by Moldova will take place next January. The national futsal team will play two friendlies against Belarus before the start of the 2014 European Championship qualifiers.
