The Baccalaureate exam taken on June 17 also included incidents. Seven candidates were asked to leave the classroom after they were caught cheating in the exam, IPN reports.
Director of the National Agency for Curriculum and Assessment Anatol Topala told a press briefing that this was the last Baccalaureate exam for most of the 12th graders. The Ukrainian, Gagauz and Bulgarian students will sit the last exam, in the mother tongue, on June 21.
According to him, today the exam was taken by over 17,000 candidates. Of these, about 12,000 sat the exam in geography, over 2,000 – in chemistry, almost 1,000 - in biology, while the rest – in the history of Romanians and universal history, informatics, math and physics.
The results of all the exams will be posted at the Baccalaureate centers on June 27. On June 27 and 28, the candidates will be able to see their graded exam papers at www.bac.edu.md. They can access the site with a personal code received from the education institution where they studied. Those who will be dissatisfied with the grade will have 48 hours to challenge it. The final results, after the examination of challenges, will be announced on July 6.
