Bailiffs, together with representatives of the Chisinau public heat utility, Tuesday sequestrated a vehicle owned by an end-user in exchange for the debts for heat of over 48,000 lei, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from SA Termocom, the car was taken to the creditor for being stored. The owner has seven days to clear the debt. Otherwise, the vehicle will be put up for sale. After Termocom recovers the debt and the other taxes, the remaining money will be returned to the car owner through the bailiff.

SA Termocom calls on the end-users to be financially disciplined and to avoid being sued and having their properly sequestrated. The payments for heat can be made at bank branches, electronic payment terminals and the commercial center of SA Termocom satiated at 6 T. Vladimirescu St.
