Prime Minister Iurie Leanca, together with his counterparts from the CIS countries, signed a number of documents on cooperation in such sectors as economy, tourism, sport, science and technology, finance and social-humanitarian area in the meeting of CIS heads of government in Minsk, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the Government.
Almost 20 subjects were discussed in the meeting. In the end, it was agreed that the next meeting of the CIS heads of government will take place in Turkmenistan’s Ashgabat at the end of October.
Also today, the heads of the CIS delegations had a meeting with the President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, who presented information about the latest developments in the integration area in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
