The Chisinau councilors deeded to constitute a commission that will organize public contests to fill the executive posts in the municipal enterprises and divisions that are managed by the Chisinau Municipal Council. The proposal submitted by the Socialist councilors was adopted by the votes of the 28 councilors attending the meeting. The Liberal councilors and the Democratic councilor were absent, IPN reports.

The commission will also be responsible for holding public contests to fill the posts of manager of municipal housing stock managing companies. The commission will consist of 11 members representing each group on the Council.

The councilors also decided that the meetings of the commission will be public and will be broadcast live. The 11 members choose the chairman, deputy chairman and secretary of the commission.
