Radu Foltea, secretary of state at the Ministry of Justice, was named the Government’s representative to Parliament and substitute candidate to the Constitutional Curt by a Government decision. By the same decision, another secretary of state at the Ministry, Eduard Serbenko, was appointed the Government’s representative to the Constitutional Court and substitute representative to Parliament, IPN reports.

Also, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure Anatol Usatyi was named the Government’s representative for the investment agreement on the Giurgiulești Free International Port.

The agreement between the Government of Moldova and Azpetrol SRL, Azertrans SRL and Azpetrol Refinery was approved by a law in 2005.
