At least ten persons were fined for selling perishable goods on the streets of Chisinau in insanitary conditions and without documents of origin as well as counterfeit alcoholic drinks, IPN reports.

According to the General Police Inspectorate, the culprits were fined up to 2,000 lei each.

The police continue the raids. The people are urged to purchase products only from specially set up and authorized places with appropriate storage conditions and where the sold goods had been subject to sanitary-veterinary control.
