In Sunday's Round 15 of the Moldovan premiership, Zimbru seemed to have regained steam after the return of their best striker Oleg Andronic and defeated at home Olimpia 3:0. In another Round 15 fixture, Dacia won 1:3 away at Dinamo Bender, boosting their effort to tie with Zimbru. Current title-holder Sheriff easily slid past Tiligul-Tiras 3:0.
