The July 25 meeting of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) was put off until September 5. The councilors examined all the items from the agenda, but the 87 issues included additionally weren’t discussed.

Contacted by IPN, CMC secretary Valeriu Didencu said the proposal to adjourn the meeting was submitted by the meeting’s chairman Igor Lupulciuc. The councilors said they need extra time to examine the 87 additional matters.

On July 25, the Chisinau Municipal Council held its last meeting this summer. The councilors go on vacation from August 1.
