Update: The Central Market of Chisinau now works as usual. According to the police, no suspect objects or explosives were found as a result of examinations. Measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of this case and to identify the person who misled about an act of terrorism.

A bomb scare was reported against the Central Market of Chisinau. The police said the information about the planting of a bomb there was sent to the email address of the Market’s administration at 07:25am, IPN reports.

The General Police Inspectorate informed that checks are being carried out at the scene.
