Austrian NGO to come to Chisinau help authorities in solving stray dogs problems

A non-governmental organization from Austria will come to Chisinau to help the capital's administration solve the problem of the stray dogs. Health direction chief Mihai Moldovanu told the City Hall's staff meeting Monday that representatives of the NGO will daily sterilize 40-50 dogs. During their 2 months of staying in Chisinau, the Austrians plan to sterilize as many as 3,000 dogs, both male and female, Info-Prim Neo reports. The NGO commits to sterilize, get rid of parasites, să vaccinate and register vagrant dogs from Chisinau, Moldovanu said.
